We our proud to release our fourth featured realtor blog. It is released each Monday and features a new realtor from the Real Property Videos Facebook fan page community around the United States. The idea is to read the description and see if you can guess the realtor (before you get to the name or picture).
It was becoming a homeowner for the first time when moving to Albuquerque from Chicago in 1975 that was partially responsible for a new career in real estate for this corporate world woman. Other motivations were the limited opportunities in Market Research and Advertising at that time, her then field of expertise, and becoming bored with the new routine of tennis or golf most days. By mid 1978 she enrolled in her first real estate class and got her Broker license in the spring of 1979! She associated throughout the years with some of the best companies until she decided to strike out on her own in 1991 creating a company that she described as “Our boutique flavor definitely makes us A NOTABLE DIFFERENCE IN NEW MEXICO REAL ESTATE!” It is the “personal care” and “high-tech performance” that this Realtor® credits her repeat business and referrals from past clients to including many “second generation” transactions. This broker believed very much in giving back to her industry and community and walked her talk. Notably, she has been very active in the past serving on many committees from her local board on up to her state and national associations including being president of the NM CRS Chapter for two terms. Her community involvement was mostly serving on several boards including the UNMCC Board of Advisors, president for one term, and Casa Esperanza. As passionate as this lady is for her work, she also loves to play and travel worldwide. Bali is one of her favorites. Locally, you may find her waving and smiling as she passes you on a bike trail or hiking trail in the foothills either pedaling or walking. Her turf is Sandia Heights were she enjoys her SW gardens she has created and tended over the years. But more than anything else, it is a must for this patron of the arts to surround herself in beauty. She has been collecting art since her mid ‘20’s. She is particular proud of the works of local artists in her extensive collection. And last but not least, mom still enjoys her only son, Matt, who plays guitar and drums for the very successful Sic Alps based in San Francisco! Our featured Realtor® this week is TaLeah R Hartman, CRS, GRI, TRC, The TaLeah Hartman Co., Realtors® 505-856-7877 http://www.taleah.com/ TaLeah at Linkedin
