Homes sell when staging, marketing and price find a coordinated balance. These 3 generally result in a quick and acceptable offer.

Buyers should not have to use their imagination to see what a house can look like. As a real estate agent who has held and been to hundreds of open houses I can tell you that buyers have other concerns on their plate. They are looking for problems and value when they review a MLS listing. The potential of a home really needs to be laid out so that buyers can immediately see it. Virtual staging is the budget answer to this concern.

Not all sellers can afford a full staging package for their home. Many times they have moved out leaving the agent with a vacant house to sell. Staged homes are becoming more difficult to compete with. If budget is an issue, virtual staging is about one tenth the cost of traditional staging. Sellers can afford this option and buyers appreciate seeing a house shown this way.
